The Cape Henlopen girls' soccer team fell behind in the opening minutes of play when Dover's Kerri Lussier scored on a penalty kick just over the outstretched hands of goalkeeper Olivia Barrato. Dover added two more goals in the second half to down the Lady Vikings 3-0.
The Vikings were outshot 17-5 with Olivia Barrato making 12 saves in the Vikings' cage.
The team moves to 1-1 on the young season.
