Evelyn M. Dunbar, loved playing bingo

Evelyn M. Dunbar, 87, of Millsboro passed away Friday, April 5, 2013.

Evelyn was born in Roseville, Pa., March 8, 1926, to the late Ernest M. and Rennie C. Knickerbocker Crumb. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by five children, Melvin, Bill, Eugene, Cheryl and Nina; a sister, Lois, a brother, Otto; and one great-great-grandchild.

She worked in retail sales for various stores in the area.

She was a member of Millsboro VFW Post 7422 and loved playing bingo.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who had a good heart and was a hard worker.

She is survived by one daughter, Mary Williams and her husband Robert of Millsboro; four brothers, Don Crumb of West Virginia, Lester Crumb of Pennsylvania, Richie Crumb of Arizona, and Wilbur Crumb of New York; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 19, at Carey’s Cemetery, Millsboro. Pastor Denny Crumb will officiate.
