Midway Chiropractic welcomes Dr. Lisette Miller as resident acupuncturist

First State Health & Wellness/Midway Chiropractic announces the addition of Lisette Miller, DC , to its professional staff as Midway’s acupuncture specialist, available 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Miller is a graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College and is nationally board certified in acupuncture. She is a native Floridian from Naples and currently resides in northern Delaware.  Her spirit of adventure and the career opportunity brought her to Delaware.

"I love my profession, because I am able to promote wellness and health without the use of drugs or surgery. The body is capable of healing itself in profound ways,” said Miller. “Like chiropractic care, acupuncture aims to remove any interferences in the body's natural energy flow, otherwise known as 'qi' (pronounced chi).

"Free-flowing qi restores the harmonious balance of the body, mind and spirit. Acupuncture reestablishes the free flow of qi, which often helps to alleviate various forms of pain or dysfunction in the body.  I look forward to meeting with patients so I can help them live a healthier life!"
