Jay Caputo, head chef and owner of Espuma and Cabo restaurants in Rehoboth and Rose & Crown in Lewes, will perform a free cooking demonstration at the first Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market of the season Tuesday, May 7, at 1:30 pm.
Caputo will be challenged to use only ingredients found at the market that day, without any preparation. Enjoy the freshest produce and products this region has to offer at the market, while Caputo highlights interesting ways to prepare and combine these ingredients.
