Connie E. Passwaters passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Milford Moose Lodge.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Donovan Layton; and husband, Wayne Passwaters in June 2011. She is survived by her children, Sandra Passwaters and Steve Hurd; one brother, Donnie Donovan; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will be private. Arrangements handled by Berry-Short Funeral Home, Milford.
