Phil Hagen goes Over the Edge for Special Olympics

Phil Hagen of Lewes was one of 97 people who rappelled 17 stories down the 300 Delaware Avenue Building in Wilmington May 9 as part of Special Olympics Delaware's Over the Edge fundraiser. In its third year, the event, sponsored by TD Bank and Brandywine Realty Trust, raised more than $130,000.
