Pat wings with paper towel until dry. place wings in a large bowl sprinkle with baking powder and Obis One Black Garlic Salt. arrange wings in a single layer on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 1 hour up to 8 hours

place all of sauce ingredients: in a small bowl over medium-high heat. reduce the heat to low and simmer until sauce has reduced to about 1 cup, about 15 min. set aside and let cool.

when ready to grill, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temp for about 15 min. meanwhile, heat grill.

when grill is ready, rub the grates with a towel dipped in vegetable oil. place wings on grill over low, direct heat. Grill 15 min per side, then baste chicken with sauce and continue to baste until done to desired crispness. Make sure thermometer reads 160 degrees to 165 degrees.
