Coastal Camera Club announces 2013 award winners
The Coastal Camera Club has announced winners of its two top awards for 2013: The Photograph of the Year and The Peoples’ Choice Award. Ann Rhoads won Photograph of the Year for her black and white image, “Sidewalk Music,” and Robin Harrison won The People's Choice Award for her “Fields of Gold.”
Thoughout the year, CCC members entered more than 300 photographs in the monthly competitions. Of these, more than 50 had placed first in the monthly category competitions which qualified them to compete for the two top awards.
These awards were announced during the CCC’s annual year-end awards banquet at Cadbury in Lewes. Also during this banquet, numerous members were recognized, including the Photographer of the Year for the CCC’s Group B, Ray Bojarski, and the Photographer of the Year for CCC’s Group A, Ann Rhoads.
