Children were on hand June 1 at the Children's Learning Garden in downtown Lewes, where Lewes in Bloom hosted Children's Planting Day to encourage children to discover the fun in helping raise a garden. Lewes in Bloom, an organization dedicated to making the First State a prettier state, will maintain the children's garden as an educational public garden.
