June 10, 2013

The Art of Skateboarding held May 4 was a wonderfully successful event. We would like to thank the following artists who generously created amazing pieces of art from skate decks for our silent auction: Matty Adler, Ed Bell, Mark Bennett, Ivana Biela, Rachel Barker, Paul Carpenter, Tyler Clark, Ben Cowell, Matt Diehl, Kim Donald, Jen Drake, Matt Gibson, Drew Johnson, Kris Key, Kim Klabe, Khita Knight, Adam Lovitz, Colleen Lowe, Heidi Lowe, Natali Melani, John Minka, Amanda Pace, Ben Sellman and Jamie Shinault.

The local business community was also very generous with their support. We would like to thank our sponsors: Prudential Gallo, Realtors,  Atlantic Theaters, Liquid Board Shop, The Big Chill Surf Cantina, Alley Oop, Coastal Tented Events, ASM Skateboards, Cape Gazette, Sign A Rama, Jetty, and Paul Carpenter Art.

The following businesses donated prizes: Rehoboth Car Wash, Dogfish Brewings & Eats, Rehoboth Art & Framing, Edie Bees, Kid’s Ketch, Quiet Storm, Jungle Jims, Midway Speedway, and Surf Bagel.

We are so grateful for the kind and generous support of our community as we attempt to meet the needs of local skateboarders.
