Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge 2540 on Beaver Dam Road near Lewes held its Annual Flag Day ceremony June 8. With the help of members of Boy Scout Troop 2540 from Lewes, Exalted Ruler Steve Pepe traced the history of the flag as Scouts placed the flags at the front of the room.
