Long & Foster expands luxury homes report area to Delaware

July 9, 2013

Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. announced the expansion of the Long & Foster LuxInsight Report.

The monthly report that provides an overview of real estate market trends for luxury properties now includes Delaware.

The LuxInsight reports were first launched in January 2013, and covered seven major regions and 10 counties throughout Long & Foster’s footprint. The existing LuxInsight report for the Eastern Shore has been expanded to include Sussex County in Delaware. The Philadelphia metropolitan area report has been expanded to cover Gloucester, Camden and Burlington Counties in New Jersey.

“At Long & Foster, we believe that better information leads to better real estate decisions,” said Gary Scott, president of the company. “The new and expanded LuxInsight reports are a part of our continued commitment to provide easily accessible, valuable and exclusive real estate data to agents and consumers, particularly in the luxury market. Market knowledge and expertise is just one of the many reasons so many buyers and sellers put their trust in a Long & Foster sales associate, and why so many top producing agents call Long & Foster home.”

The Long & Foster LuxInsight Report offers specific and targeted statistics on topics such as sale prices, inventory, housing demand and new listings.
