Home sales in Sussex County, Delaware continue to rise. Overall sales of single-family homes in the county have outpaced sales from the previous year through May, with 861 single-family homes sold, compared to 796 through May of 2012, an 8% increase. In addition, the average sales price has risen, but the median sales prices has dropped slightly. Inventory is starting to increase month-by-month, with 2,630 homes on the market as of May 31, 2013.
