Sussex Tech Adult Division graduates rehabilitation aides

June 27, 2013

Sussex Technical Adult Division held graduation ceremonies April 24 for its Rehabilitation Therapy Aide students. The certificate program prepares students to work closely with physical therapists and occupational therapists to help patients. Students learn anatomy, medical terminology, ethics, confidentiality laws and the role of the rehabilitation aide in physical and occupational therapies. An externship allows students to be involved firsthand in the profession.
