Proud Books to host Michael Muller and Nancy Sakaduski July 6
Proud Book Store will host authors Michael Muller and Nancy Sakaduski from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, July 6, for special book signings.
Muller and his Boston Terrier Mirabelle will be doing a reading and a book signing from the "Adventures of Mirabelle" series. “The Adventures of Mirabelle” follows Mirabelle and Muller as they discover simple joys and pleasures of everyday life like playing catch, chasing a butterfly and running after a bouncy red ball.
A portion of the Mirabelle book sales will benefit the Delaware Humane Society. Humane society representatives will be at the event with information about its pet adoption programs.
Sakaduski writes for children and adults and has authored 18 published books. She will be signing copies of her book “A Rehoboth ABC." From arcades and ice cream to jellyfish and beyond, each page features a different letter of the alphabet and highlights a favorite feature of summer in Rehoboth.
Proud Book Store is in downtown Rehoboth Beach at 149 Rehoboth Ave. in the Village By The Sea Mall, a collection of retail and restaurants near the Baltimore Avenue side of the property. For more information, call 302-227-6969.
