Second Street Players' summer comedy production "Any Body Home?" comes to downtown Milford at 8 p.m., Friday, July 12. The show will run July 12 to 14 and 19 to 21.

Friday and Saturday performances will be at 8 p.m. with Sunday shows at 3 p.m. at the Riverfront Theater, 2 South Walnut St. Tickets are $17 and can be reserved at secondstreetplayers.com or by calling Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006.

An uproariously funny whodunit filled with hilarious characters and situations, "Any Body Home?" begins as a real estate broker holds an open house to sell a condo. But things aren't that simple. The owner's fiancé is bursting to prove his masculinity; there's the little old sexpot next door with her deadly herbs and scorpion, and international police are on the trail of the mysterious Phantom, a rival real estate agent who will don any disguise in his attempts to steal the listing. And, the condo's owner just happens to be dead and laid out on the sofa.

Director Curtis Howard and Assistant Director Melissa Jansen bring this show to life. Howard has assembled a talented cast of characters: Maria Fry of Milford, Jerry Cox of Felton, Rebecca McDaniel of Milford, Steven Dow of Milford, Melissa Brenner of Dover and Carol Torrey as the dead body. The guessing and the fun never stop in this show.
