Rehoboth Art League thanks Cottage Tour patrons

The Rehoboth Art League honored patrons of the 2013 Cottage Tour of Art at a reception on June 27. Approximately 150 attended including home owners, art league staff and board members and volunteers who planned the tour and are docents at each home the days of the tour. The home owners were each presented with original watercolors of their home painted by William Dec.

The Cottage Tour is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, July 9 and 10. Tickets for the Cottage Tour are $30 per person. The ticket is good for both days of the tour. Tickets are on sale at the following locations in Rehoboth: Rehoboth Art League, Bellinger's Jewelers, Browseabout Books, Design Center of Rehoboth, Early Attic Antiques, Farmer Girl Exotic Gardens, J. Conn Scott Showhouse, Tomato Sunshine, Windsor's Flowers & Plants: in Lewes: Community Bank of Delaware, Lewes Gourmet; in Fenwick, Carolina Street; and in Bethany, Sea Needles.

Because parking is limited at many of the house locations, the Rehoboth Art League is providing Jolly Trolley transportation for Cottage Tour ticket holders. Parking will be available at the Rehoboth Elementary School parking lot located at 500 Stockley St., Rehoboth Beach. Shuttles will begin running at 9:45 a.m. on the days of the tour.

The Rehoboth Art League is a membership-based nonprofit arts organization dedicated to teaching, preserving and inspiring the arts in the Region.
