Concerns voiced over Lewes library proposal

July 12, 2013

I,  too,  have concerns regarding the appropriateness of the proposed Lewes Public Library designs.

My first thought was identical to Margaret Martins, in that the architects have captured in no uncertain terms, that iconic symbol of Sussex County, the chicken house.

Please send the architects back to the drawing boards for a design that is more in keeping with Lewes.
