The annual Lighthouse Canoe Race featured serious and silly paddlers, some dressed in themed outfits July 23, at Ruddertowne in Dewey Beach.Twenty-four teams, each made up of two men and two women, relay raced along Rehoboth Bay. This year's winners were team I shar, You shar.
