August 16, 2013

The Lewes Amateur Radio Society and the Sussex Amateur Radio Association will be conducting Amateur Radio Operations in support of the International Lighthouse-Lightship Weekend from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 17 and 18, at the U.S. Life Saving Station on Pilottown Road, Lewes (weather permitting).

The general public and visitors are welcome to attend and learn more about amateur radio.

Members will have handheld amateur radios tuned to the LARS repeater, 147.330 MHz.+ PL Tone 156.7 Hz. and the SARA repeater, 147.090 MHz+ PL Tone 156.7 Hz. and 146.52 MHz. Simplex for anyone who may need directions.
