Suzanne's Purgatory Grilled Salmon

1 Salmon Filet (prepped with salt, pepper, and cooking spray)

1/4 Cup Suzanne's Kitchen Purgatory Pepper Jelly

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 tsp White Pepper

1 tsp Parsley (fresh or dry)


Heat grill or broiler. Prep Salmon with salt and pepper and a generous spray of cooking spray (Pam). Grill salmon for 5 - 10 minutes depending on thickness and personal taste.  While salmon is on grill, microwave Suzanne's Kitchen Purgatory Pepper Jelly and soy sauce for 30 seconds.  Stir until well blended then add remaining ingredients. Brush on salmon and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Serve with fresh lemons.
