Jack Lingo Realtor welcomes Candy L. Niedoba

Jack Lingo Realtor has announced the addition of Candy L. Niedoba to its experienced team of real estate professionals.

Originally from New Jersey, Niedoba has been coming to Rehoboth Beach for more than 20 years and has been a homeowner in the area for more than a decade. She recently fulfilled a lifetime dream of living near the water year round and made her permanent home in Delaware.

Niedoba's career started in the fashion industry where she climbed to the top with her excellent customer service, attention to detail and dedication. She won many awards during her time in the industry and was promoted to regional manager, where she made a difference for her company by training other professionals in the field. She departed from the world of fashion in 1998 after an extraordinary 15-year career and transitioned into the world of real estate.

A specialized licensed realtor in New Jersey since 1998, Niedoba knew in the first year that real estate was her new calling. She received the Rookie of the Year Award from Weichert Realtors and never looked back. Since then, her success has been as constant as her attention to her customers. "Finding my clients their next home or selling their former home, isn't just a job - it's a privilege - and one I take both personally and seriously," she says.

Niedoba has always been and remains devoted to excellence in customer service, which she believes has been the driving force behind her success. In her words, her greatest rewards are the personal relationships which have developed because of her professional business.

Niedoba is dedicated to the community, as well as her individual clients. She looks forward to working with Jack Lingo Realtor to empower the diverse Rehoboth Beach community and to participate in charitable causes. She strives to be a contribution both in the workplace and in the community. During her free time, she enjoys music, reading, photography, and walks on the beach with her poodles. She is committed to living a spiritual life and balancing work with play.
