Dewey Lions honor rescue participant Scott Joseph

Scott Joseph was recognized during the recent Dewey Beach Lions Club Bay Day by the Dewey Beach Lions and Lions District 22-D for heroic service rendered to those in need.
A motorized catamaran capsized Aug. 5 in the Atlantic approximately 30 miles offshore. Joseph was aboard one of the first boats to respond and was instrumental in rescuing two crew members from the capsized vessel.
