Martha Smith joins Pru Gallo Bethany Beach office

The staff and agents of Prudential Gallo Realtors welcome Rental Manager Martha Smith to their Bethany Beach office.

As a native of Maryland's Eastern Shore, Smith grew up spending her summer vacations in Bethany Beach. After graduating from Western Maryland College in Westminster, Md., she spent several years in the Baltimore area before settling permanently in Ocean View in 1986.

She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1988, specializing in the Bethany Beach-Fenwick Island resort rental market. In 2003, she became one of the first real estate agents in Delaware to earn her associate broker's license based solely on her rental experience.

"One of our goals for the autumn is to establish our presence in the Bethany-Fenwick rental market," said Mary Cerami, broker and sales manager of the Bethany Beach office. "Martha's knowledge and experience make her the perfect candidate for spearheading that expansion. We are so glad that she has joined our team!"
