Don't fund the Affordable Care Act

September 27, 2013

In these times of scarce resources and high unemployment our legislators need to do all they can to reduce the tax burdens on Americans.

A great place to start is with the Affordable Care Act.  The Supreme Court has adjudged the act a tax.  The vast majority of Americans neither want nor need a change in our Medicare system.  We certainly do not need another huge federal tax added to our current burdens.  Get rid of it by not funding the travesty.

If the act is not equally applied to the legislators how can it be presumed to be beneficial to the constituents?
