Sussex should leave zoning alone

October 4, 2013

Your recent editorial on council rezoning, I completely agree with.

Sussex County Council should leave zoning alone until it can provide decisions based on information gathered to make sure the rezoning is correct for the area - not a decision made to help out banks or special interest groups, but for all county residents.

Here the county council is doing changes without looking at everything and doing what is best for the majority. Again, the county council's thinking: “Does not affect me, so let's do it.” Voters take note; this affects all county residents.
