Bridal event Nov. 3 features offers special door prizes for brides

The Third Annual Bridal Event at Maple Dale in Dover has announced some unique door prize items for the brides attending the event Sunday, Nov. 3.

Knight’s Fine Jewelry in Camden has donated a one-half-carat diamond necklace set in sterling silver. Maple Dale General Manager Chris Aulita said, “It’s a beautiful piece, and we are so appreciative to Knight's for allowing us to give this away to a lucky bride!” Brides can register to win this necklace and a large collection of other door prizes at this year’s bridal event.

Brides and grooms can also enter to win a four-day, three-night stay in Colonial Williamsburg, Va. Aulita said, “This would be a great getaway for the newlyweds to enjoy any time of year.”

The bridal event features a Roaring ‘20s theme and includes a fashion show, vendor displays, door prizes, music and entertainment, and a special bridal brunch that will allow event attendees to try a variety of menu items served by Maple Dale Country Club.

The event organizers include Alex Vaughan Mobile Entertainment, Amoré Bridal, Classic Cakes II, CM Baker Photography, Cook & Smith Florist, CruiseOne, Dover Rent-All Tents & Events, Maple Dale Country Club and the Perfect Wedding Guide. The Delaware State News is the media sponsor of the event.  Admission to the bridal event including brunch is $20 per person.
