Fight Club Martial Arts to hold open house Oct. 14
Fight Club Martial Arts will open its doors for the first time and hold an open house from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday, Oct. 14. The school is offering all of its classes and services free of charge that day and encourages the general public to come in and take a tour of the facility in the Rehoboth Center just off Route 1 by the 1 and 1A split, 37021 Rehoboth Ave. Ext., Suite F.
Fight Club Martial Arts boasts lessons in self-defense, Jeet Kune Do and fitness. A unique feature is the open mat system. Much like a gym, students are allowed to come into the school during business hours to train, whether or not there is a class.
The school is equipped with cutting-edge training equipment including heavy bags, speed bags, trapping dummies, wooden dummies, focus mitts, kicking shields, kettle bells and more. Open six days a week with morning and evening classes, Fight Club Martial Arts is dedicated to providing a unique training and fitness experience in Rehoboth Beach.
