Owens Campus celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Delaware Tech Owens celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month Sept. 26 with Hispanic Heritage Day. Owens Campus students Ayla Orteza, left, a human services major, and Leslie Ruiz, an elementary education major, performed a dance routine and also taught students how to salsa. Ruiz also sang two songs with Vidmar Carrillo (not pictured), a nursing student. Hispanic Heritage Month runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
