Delaware builder Capstone Homes, based in Lewes, Delaware, is proud to offer the Marquette floorplan in a select number of communities and available to be built throughout Sussex County, Delaware.

"The floorplan is unique because it offers 2700 square feet of living space on one level AND a three car garage, but the home can fit on many of the smaller lots that are found in subdivisions near the beach areas," says Scott Dailey, owner of Capstone Homes.

"Capstone is known for building high quality homes with a smaller footprint, but we are taking the signature Capstone quality and applying it to homes that provide a little more space," says Dailey.

The Marquette was introduced in 2013 when a sample home was built in Holland Mills, a Capstone new home community located between Lewes and Milton, and it has become one of the more popular plans in the Capstone lineup.

The Marquette features three bedrooms, two full baths, and a powder room on the main level. The main floor includes a formal dining room (which can be built as a study), a walk in pantry, and a large open living space.  The kitchen, breakfast nook, and great room all merge into a great area for entertainment.

"Let's face it, when you entertain at your home, everyone gathers in the kitchen.  The Marquette makes that kitchen one of the signature areas of the home with a huge island and lots of cabinetry," says Dailey.

The home can have an optional loft built upstairs, and a basement can be built when the ground is suitable.

The Marquette is for sale in Capstone Homes communities like Holland Mills and Bay Landing, and it can be built on your lot.
