Construction underway for Lullaby Learning Center new preschool

October 10, 2013

Lullaby Learning Center students were thrilled to join builder Bob Peck recently for a glimpse inside the building that will soon contain their new preschool classrooms. Staff, students, and families of Lullaby Learning Center in Lewes have awaited the arrival of the center's preschool expansion and were excited to see construction begin.

Peck and his team built Lullaby Learning Center in the Villages of Five Points in 2012. Lullaby offers care and educates children of the community from birth through five years, and offers a preschool program in which students prepare for kindergarten. After Lullaby’s early success and continual growth, the decision was made to expand into an additional building within the community specifically put together for their preschool program. The expansion project will allow Lullaby to open its doors to even more children from the area in need of early childhood care.

Preschool students who have attended Lullaby since infancy and have seen it grow from a small house across the street from the hospital to a large, successful center and preschool have adopted Peck as their school builder. They proudly refer to him as “Bob the Builder.”
