Lewes Artists Studio Tour announces door prize winners

The Lewes Artists Studio Tour brought hundreds of art enthusiasts to the private workplaces of 18 diverse regionally and nationally acclaimed local professional artists Sept. 21. Unique and varied works of art were given as door prizes at each location.

The following are the lucky winners from each distinct studio: Susan Bartley, fine art jewelry, Erin Bartley; Jean Doran, fine artist and furniture painting: Phyllis Kuhls; Perry Drevo, fiber arts and hand weaving: Margaret Greenberg; Kevin Fleming, photography: Sheila Bravo; Bert Long, wood carver: Hugh and Flo Councill; Lacy Letonoff, fiber art and Victor Letonoff, painting: Candace Vessella; Leslie Delmege McDonald, watercolor artist: Karen and Bob Young; Connie Miller, Sailor’s Valentines and shell mosaics: Lynn Plack; Aina Nergaard-Nammack, acrylic painting: Steve Grady; Marilyn Nugent, glass bead maker: Atul Shaw; Barbara Petterson, acrylic painting: Carol Sutcliffe; Nick Serratore, pastels: Carolyn Strandberg; Barbara Warden, drawing and textiles: Rosemarie Barti; Caryl Williams,paintings and drawings: Abigail Moss; and George Williams, drawings and paintings: Alejandio Garnreiter.

Lewes Artists will expand to offer two self-guided tours next year. The spring tour will be held Saturday, May 10, and the fall tour will be held Sept. 20.
