Tornado watch in effect until 5 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for all of Delaware until 5 p.m. this evening; a small craft advisory is also in effect for the ocean and the Delaware Bay.

Forecasters say scattered thunderstorms during the afternoon and early evening could be accompanied by strong wind gusts and possibly a tornado or waterspout.
