RAL Holiday Fair - Fine Craft Show Nov. 2 will offer unique gifts

The Rehoboth Art League’s Holiday Fair - Fine Craft Show will bring the holiday season alive in the Rehoboth area from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2. The fair will be a great opportunity to purchase fine crafts and unique gifts for the holidays. all amidst the beautiful 3.5-acre campus decked out in holiday attire.

More than 40 artisans from the Mid-Atlantic Region will display and sell their fine crafts including jewelry, glass, wood, pottery, painting, basketry, metal work, paper, photography, mixed media, and decorative and wearable fiber. The artisans will showcase their work in four buildings on the campus: the historic Homestead, the Chambers Studios, the Paynter Studio and the Corkran Galleries.

The Village Improvement Association will offer its popular chicken salad, other lunch choices and homemade goodies in the Holly Café. Aaron Taylor and other musicians will provide entertainment during the day.

An entrance fee of $5 for the day entitles visitors to one chance for the silent ticket auction items featuring items from area businesses and beautiful artwork. All of the auction items will be displayed in the Ventures Gallery, and the drawing for prizes will start at 3 p.m.

This event is sponsored by Delmarva Public Radio. The Rehoboth Art League is a membership-based teaching and exhibiting nonprofit arts organization dedicated to encouraging and preserving the arts in Delaware.
