Cape hockey waxes Indian River 12-0; big games on the horizon

Cape took care of business at Indian River Oct. 15, winning 12-0 and enhancing its season record to 10-0-1 while the Indians dropped to 1-11 - and the answer to the unasked question is Sussex Central. The Indians beat winless Sussex Central 6-0 on Sept. 17.

Cape hockey is just coming into a state of focused harmony as everyone gets healthy.  A great boost comes Oct. 17, Senior Night, as team captain Maggie Delp sheds the cast on her left hand - little bones took a long time to heal - and joins Cape on its quest to win a third straight state championship.
