Spooktacular events highlight Halloween in Cape Region
The scariest season of the year is in full swing in the Cape Region. Halloween events are scheduled in the area before and beyond Halloween night on Thursday, Oct. 31.
Sea Witch Halloween and Fidders' Festival, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, Oct. 25-27. Three fun-filled days of events in the Sea Witch Festival this year including a parade, pet parade, 5K run/walk and entertainment.
