Cape Artists to open The Greatest Show on Earth Nov. 1

The Cape Artists will open their newest show with a reception and open house from 3 to 5 p.m., Friday, Nov. 1. The show will be in conjunction with Beebe Medical Center's 26th Annual Beebe Ball, The Greatest Ball on Earth. The artists will offer their interpretations on this theme. The public is invited.

Sally Van Metre is a Lewes resident. She has been painting and drawing her whole life, but for the last 10 years has mostly been doing watercolor. In addition to being a Cape Artists member, Van Metre is a member of the Rehoboth Art League, the Delaware Watercolor Society, and the Ocean City Art League.
