Morris James LLP recently opened its sixth location in Delaware in Rehoboth Beach to serve residents of the state’s seaside community and the surrounding coastal areas of eastern Sussex County.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce was held Oct. 23. The office is at 402 Rehoboth Ave. provides business and personal representation in real estate, tax and business planning, employment law, estate planning, healthcare law, land use, corporate/commercial transactions and litigation, family law and personal injury.

According to Morris James Managing Partner David H. Williams, the Rehoboth office team will also focus on the increasingly complex legal needs of Sussex County’s growing population, particularly those of retirees, individuals and families with substantial accumulated assets, and members of the LGBT community.
