As the Sea Witch Festival's costume parade was ending Oct. 26, hundreds of folks wandered into the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center to check out the Fiddler's Festival. The annual competition, now in its 20th year, attracts fiddler and banjo players from throughout the region. Competitors are judged on a scale of 1-25 on rhythm and timing, creativity, stage presence and execution.
