Del-A-Wear celebrates grand opening

Del-A-Wear recently held its grand opening at 109 Savannah Road, Lewes, next to Striper Bites. Del-A-Wear offers Lewes and Delaware apparel, accessories and much more.

Del-A-Wear offers a wide array of Lewes apparel for men, from T-shirts to jackets, to caps and sweat shirts with many different styles. Also, there is plenty for women, from T-shirts to sweat shirt to tote bags and wine tumblers. Del-A-Wear is also waiting for the arrival of University of Delaware items. Del-A-Wear has great gift items from coffee mugs to magnets to car stickers in a variety of designs, and the store has brought back a variety of Loo-iss items including mugs, stickers, and T-shirts, and created a Lewes definition line of products. Lewes (Loo-iss) n., a quaint and historic beach town situated where the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean meet at Cape Henlopen.

“Our Lewes Gifts shop was carrying the Lewes clothing but many customers were asking for additional Lewes items, as well as other items for the gift shop, and we just did not have the room. When the space became available, I had been wanting to separate the two and decided it was time,“ said owner Michiko Seto. “We now have room to rearrange the gift shop and be able to bring in new products for both stores that offer the convenience of one-stop shopping in downtown Lewes.”

Seto currently has Treasures, which offers jewelry, cards and home décor. Lewes Gifts and Milford Gifts carry home accessories, gifts and the area's largest selection of cards. In addition, she has four Blooming Boutique stores which carry clothing, handbags, shoes, beads, and jewelry with locations in Milford, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach and Lewes.
