Editor's Note: The Cape Gazette published a press release in July, 2013 from Fernmoor Homes - a New Jersey firm - stating it had signed a 10-year lease with the Social Security Administration for office space in one of the buildings in the Vineyards complex fronting Route 9 about a mile west of Five Points. The release indicated that the Social Security Administration would occupy the new offices some time toward the end of 2013.
