"Lesslee has been my food and Lifestyle coach who has addressed my health-related goals to improve my health and increase my weight by adding whole foods, teaching me how to shop and prepare healthy meals. She also helped me with over all food choices, basic supplements and exercise. She evaluated my nutritional knowledge, provided in-depth education and encouragement and assisted me to a much better perceptive of my dietary needs.
Although Lesslee is not a licensed Dietician I found her approach extremely helpful as she took a holistic view of what I wanted to achieve. Lesslee is passionate about her profession and it is obvious when you sit down with her. Her professionalism and knowledge is apparent. She knows her stuff!
Lesslee has emphasized the interaction between training intensities and food choices. It encompasses day to day meals, pre, during and post training strategies. My food choices were based on my preferences and necessities ie. I like to eat Gluten free and she was able to incorporate this into my life and help me plan around wholesome foods throughout the day that were good for me personally. This has made a huge, healthy impact on me! This has been the most helpful education for me.
