The Rehoboth Beach Historical Society announces its Fourth Annual Needlework Exhibit will be on display March 15 through May 11, 2014, at the Rehoboth Beach Museum, 511 Rehoboth Ave..

This year, stitchers can choose to enter to be judged or just for fun. A nationally certified judge will award ribbons to those who wish to have their work judged, and a Best in Show across all categories will be awarded. All entries will be eligible for the People’s Choice Award, to be voted on by exhibit visitors.

Fees for entering the show are $5 for each entry for members of the Rehoboth Beach Historical Society. For nonmembers, the fee is $10 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry. The fee for juniors is $5 for the first entry, and $1 for each additional entry. A maximum of five entries is allowed.

Entries can be dropped off between Feb. 28 and March 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays and Fridays and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends. The museum will be closed March 11, 12, and 13.

Exhibitors who are not society members will receive free admission to the museum for the duration of the exhibit. Programs will be held in conjunction with the exhibit, including a presentation on Amish quilts.
