Bozick becomes board-certified environmental engineer

Local engineer Peter A. Bozick Jr., PE, of George Miles & Buhr LLC recently became a board-certified environmental engineer in the specialty of water supply and wastewater. This certification, issued by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists, recognizes the top 4 percent of environmental engineering experts. Bozick earned this designation after demonstrating his nearly 40 years of experience in the field and successfully passing an oral exam.

Bozick’s current engineering projects include the Morris Mill Water Distribution System and Water Storage tanks in Fruitland, Md., an enhanced nutrient removal project at the Fruitland Wastewater Treatment Plant, and improvements at the Salisbury Wastewater Treatment Plant.
