City Manager Ferrese attends final employee Christmas party

Rehoboth Beach city employees celebrated their annual Christmas party Wednesday, Dec. 18 at the Purple Parrot on Rehoboth Avenue.  The occasion was bittersweet for outgoing City Manager Greg Ferrese who is in his final days in the position after more than 30 years.
