Pasqual 'Pat' Triboletti, pharmacy vice president

Pasqual Joseph Triboletti (Pat), 77, of Lewes, formerly of New Castle, passed away Wednesday, Dec, 25, 2013, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes after a brief illness. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., May 17, 1936, son of the late Victor Lawrence and Edith (Scaramuzza) Triboletti.

Mr. Triboletti and his wife, Kathleen Patricia Triboletti, moved to Lewes 23 years ago after spanning a career of 25 years with Happy Harry's Pharmacy Group where he had served as the merchandise retail buyer and vice president. After moving to Lewes, he began work in the same field for 13 years with the former Edgehill Pharmacy Group.

Mr. Triboletti was a fantastic musician who loved to play numerous instruments, including the violin, the organ and the guitar, which he played with the Back Bay Strummers in Angola. He also participated in the Southern Delaware Choral Society, the Lewes Men’s Community Chorus, where he had also served as music director for many years. He was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church where he was a member of the chorus and served as cantor for many years.

Beyond Mr. Triboletti's musical talents, he was an active volunteer at Beebe Medical Center's mail room for more than 12 years. During his spare time, Mr. Triboletti enjoyed playing racquetball, bowling, loved playing double deck Pinochle and, most of all, he was an avid supporter of his children and grandchildren at their many sporting events. He was a die-hard Eagles and Phillies fan.

He was a devoted husband, father, brother, stepbrother, grandfather, great-grandfather and a dear friend who will be missed immensely.

Mr. Triboletti is survived by his loving wife Kathleen Patricia (Mullen) Triboletti; his six children: Patricia Schaffer and her husband James of Smyrna, Susan Wehner of Middletown, Larry Triboletti and his wife Suzanne of Cary, N.C., Marianne Triboletti of Middletown, Joseph Triboletti and his wife Denise of Wilmington and Michael Triboletti of Lewes; a brother, Alfred Triboletti and his wife Theresa of Holland, Pa.; two sisters: Rosemarie Piccione and her husband Ronnie of Ponte Verde, Fla. and Ellen Hoy and her husband Billy of Spring Field, Pa.; a stepsister, Vickie DiFederico and her husband Alex of Drexel Hill, Pa.; a stepbrother, Anthony Tullio and his wife also of Drexel Hill, Pa.; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, Dec. 28, at 11 a.m., at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 152 Tulip Dr., Lewes, where friends may call beginning at 10 a.m. Entombment will be at a later date at All Saints' Cemetery in Wilmington.

Memorial contributions in Mr. Triboletti's memory may be made to St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church Building Fund at the above address.
