Milton never looked so good

January 7, 2014

The Town of Milton, Milton Chamber of Commerce,Milton Lions Club, Mayor Jones and Council deserve a big thank you for their hard work in making the first Annual Holiday Celebration in the Park such a wonderful event.  The park was decorated and lit so beautifully that I don’t think anyone who attended could help but get in the spirit of Christmas!  It was so heartwarming to see friends, neighbors and especially the children enjoying all of the festivities.  There were so many people gathered and enjoying the train ride around the park, hot cocoa, delicous cookies and Christmas caroling.  It reminded me of a Norman Rockwell Christmas scene.

I hope this spirit of good will continues throughout the new year!  This goes to show what a change in town leadership in not quite a year can accomplish.  Looking forward to a second holiday in the park celebration.  Milton, you are looking good!
