Betty Brasure Morris, bookkeeper

Betty Louise Brasure Morris of Seaford, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford. Born in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Blanche Wootten and Roy W. Brasure. She was a bookeeper for JEM Lumber Company in Bridgeville. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Millsboro.
She is survived by three sisters, Hilda Klatt of Laurel, Beatrice Brasure of Milton, and Nancy Scorah of Millsboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Morris in 2005.
Services will be held graveside Sunday, Jan. 12, at 2 p.m. in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Seaford. Arrangements are in the care of Watson-Yates Funeral Home in Seaford.
