Cape Henlopen High School named to Hospitality 100 for 2013-14

Cape Henlopen High School has been named to the Hospitality 100 list of secondary school culinary programs in the United States for the 2013-14 school year.

Each year, the Hospitality 100 list recognizes secondary schools that have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in culinary arts education. This elite group of schools exhibits strong hospitality enrollment and influence in their community. The Hospitality 100 list is composed of high schools and tech centers that excel in the areas of culinary arts, baking and pastry arts and/or hospitality management. Some are competition winners from Family Career and Community Leaders of America, ProStart and SkillsUSA in a particular region.

A team from the acclaimed National Center for Hospitality Studies at Sullivan University oversees the selection process for the Hospitality 100 list. The National Center for Hospitality Studies is one of the leading culinary arts, professional catering, baking and pastry arts, hotel/restaurant management, and hospitality management programs in the country. Sullivan University has campuses in both Louisville and Lexington, Ky.
