Kudos to the Georgetown SPCA

January 25, 2014

On Jan. 10 I was in my development driving to my house and I saw a little beagle running loose in the rain and cold.  I tried to help her so I could put her in my car and take her home and call the Georgetown SPCA, but she was very frightened and ran.

I immediately came home and called the SPCA and gave them my address.

Before I knew it there was a gentleman at my door from the Georgetown SPCA to talk to me and ask me where I saw the little beagle.  I told him and he said he would search the development.  I want to say it really did my heart good to see there are people out there who still care.
